Jeju
Mindfulness in Nature
A camp designed for both adults and kids to immerse in nature. Through observing the natural world, reflect on the interconnectedness of living beings, build empathy for others, and develop a deeper appreciation for the environment. As you get used to being in the moment, you also practise awareness and attention.
Especially for children, encouraging them to observe their surroundings cultivates a sense of curiosity and mindfulness. Parents can guide your child to reflect on their thoughts and emotions, promoting self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Through these practices, families bond over shared experiences of gratitude for the beauty and wonder of the natural world.
Upcoming: 1 – 8 Jun 2025

Pratical information
Many cities offer direct flights to Jeju, including Singapore, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Tokyo, Beijing and Shanghai. There are also direct flights from Seoul and Busan.
Direct flights to Jeju Island
Yaks are the only animals that climb the Himalayas. They accompany humans as they climb rugged peaks, carrying their loads and shedding their fur from time to time, providing humans with eco-friendly insulation. When filling their stomachs, yaks leave their roots intact and only pluck branches and leaves, creating a sustainable global environment.
BYN Black Yak created Yak Village, a rural resort complex, so that travelers to Jeju can feel the heart of yaks in the beautiful nature of Jeju.
Yak Village, a space that will energize your daily life with complete rest.
Yak Maeul
This is a self-drive holiday. We will be staying at Jungman Log Resort & Pension in Seogwipo throughout the trip and driving to different places on Jeju island from the pension every morning.
We ask that each family rents a car because having a car gives you the flexibility to explore Jeju on your own after scheduled activities end in the late afternoon each day. Rental cars cost about S$50 per day.
Self Drive
Throughout the 5-day camp, children will embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth! Each morning, they will practise breathing exercises to calm their minds and become aware of their thoughts and emotions. Through a series of mindfulness activities, they will practise self-care, awareness, and attention, and cultivate a sense of gratitude for the world around them.
By immersing in nature and interacting with other campers, children will develop essential life skills, build resilience, and nurture a positive mindset.
The daily mindfulness class will be led by The Resilience Camp, a Singapore-based learning organisation whose mission is to help every child build the skills needed to live a fulfilled and authentic life.
